Biographical Data:

My work involved utilizing microfabrication techniques adopted from the semiconductor industry to create 3-D constructs and scaffolds to support hepatocyte monolayers. This technology has micron resolution and we can use it to explore hepatocyte-ECM interactions. In the future, I aspire to become a pediactrician and hope to have the opportunity to continue my research while in medical school.
